Women's Empowerment Goal-Setting Retreat

While staying at a private country ranch in the Santa Ynez Valley of Santa Barbara, you will dive into the details of your goal through coaching and workshops in both one-on-one as well as group settings, allowing you to fully flesh out the goal and how it will improve your life.  Learn from Jen and other top level empowerment coaches and leaders in goal setting techniques. Come away with a clear understanding of why you want to achive this goal, how to apply your strengths and gifts to achive it and specific processes to ensure your success.

During the process you will gain many insights about your bussiness, your relationships and your life and how to become the best version of yourself.

The retreat includes 2 days and 2 nights with luxury accommodations, healthy and delicious meals, a little bit of relaxation, fun and downtime as well as insteive workshiop exercises.
